Delivery Charges

1.     Local delivery is free. Delivery is free with orders over $200. A delivery charge of $12.50 is payable for orders under $200. (applicable for business address only)
2.     Delivery charges for unusual orders may be agreed between Energico Enterprises and you over the phone or via email.
3.     If goods have been damaged during transit then please let us know promptly, ideally within 24 hrs of receipt of goods as we only have a short window of time to notify our couriers.
3.     All goods should be checked for damage before accepting them from the couriour / delivery driver
4.     If goods are found to be damaged after a signed receipt has been given, we are unable to accept the returned goods.


Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel your order at anytime up to 14 working days after the date of delivery. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation but a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer. Confirmation of your cancellation must be sent by e-mail, letter or fax. We must receive the goods within the 14 day Period.

If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered but the product has been painted or modify in any way, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges. For all goods returned outside of the 14 day period, subject to the parts being returned in their original packaging in an "as new" condition, we may issue a credit note to the value of the goods less a 20% re-stocking fee.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched from our stock, you must return the goods to us at your own expense to the following address: Energico Enterprises, Unit 4 Penrod Way, Heysham, LA3 2UZ. Items dispatched from our suppliers warehouse are to be returned directly to them so please contact us to confirm which supplier is responsible for the return of the goods.

You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will not be able to accept these goods for credit or exchange.

On receipt of goods, you will be given a full refund of all monies paid, minus any carriage charges that we have incurred with collecting the item(s), this may take up to 30 days.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights e.g. if the goods are faulty or misdescribed. In the unlikely event this is the case please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone on 01524 853895 so we can resolve the situation. We will deal with this matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Our Product is fully manufactured to OE specification. Manufactures names, logos, and original part numbers are used for reference purpose only. This Item is not a genuine part but a replacement and is perfectly interchangeable with them.
